Pricing
Two charges, both explained up front
No setup fee to get quoted, and no long-term lock-in dressed up as a discount. Pricing is agreed in writing before anything goes live.
Monthly platform subscription
Covers the booking system, the operations dashboard, your marketing website, hosting, conversion tracking and support. Billed monthly in advance to your business.
The amount depends on how many locations you run and which services you take, so we quote it after a short conversation.
Per-booking platform fee
A fee on bookings taken through the system, collected automatically at checkout so there is nothing to invoice or chase.
The rate is agreed per operator and stated in your agreement. If a booking is refunded, the platform fee is returned with it.
What is not included
- ·Card processing fees. Payments run through your own Stripe account, and Stripe's processing fees are charged by Stripe directly to you at their published rates.
- ·Advertising spend. If we manage ads for you, the media budget is paid by you to the ad platform.
- ·Your domain name. You own it, and you keep it if you leave.
