Acceptable Use Policy

1. Businesses we do not serve

The platform is built for tour, rental, charter and experience operators. It may not be used to sell or facilitate:

• anything unlawful in the operator's jurisdiction or ours;
• weapons, ammunition, explosives, or controlled substances;
• adult services, gambling, or anything age-restricted we are not set up to verify;
• financial products, lending, debt collection, or virtual currency exchange;
• counterfeit goods, or goods and services the operator has no right to sell;
• multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or advance-fee offers.

2. Conduct

Operators must not:

• take payment for services they cannot or do not intend to deliver, or misrepresent what a customer is buying, what it costs, or what the cancellation terms are;
• process payments for another business through their account, or use the platform to disguise who the customer is actually paying;
• upload content they do not have the rights to, or make safety, licensing or insurance claims that are not true;
• send marketing to people who have not opted in, or ignore an unsubscribe request;
• attempt to access another operator's data, probe the platform's security, or scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others.

3. Payment integrity

Payments run through Stripe, and Stripe's own restricted-business rules apply in addition to this policy. Conduct that puts payment processing at risk — including a pattern of chargebacks, disputes or unfulfilled bookings — may result in suspension.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, or where continuing would expose customers, other operators or us to legal or financial risk. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
